Our Standard Delivery Charges: (2-5 days)
(to most UK mainland areas)
We will contact you be email, phone or text to confirm delivery date and we can arrange for the transport company to text you when approximately 1 hour away.
Please make sure you have somebody available to receive the delivery.
Most transport companies will return to the address at least once with no extra charge, but some companies may charge extra if they cannot deliver on the arranged date.
Next day or special arrangement deliveries can also be arranged (at extra cost) - please call for details
Smaller & easily boxed goods will be sent to your home or workplace using a parcel carrier, with the price being determined by the total weight or size.
(Several items can be purchased together and you will only pay 1 charge.)

total weight Up to 1kg=£ 2.90 (rad valves, plumbing fittings)
total weight Up to 2kg=£ 5.50 (isolating valves, plumbing fittings)
total weight Up to 5kg=£ 7.50 (taps, bathroom accessories, plumbing fittings)
total weight Up to 15kg=£ 9.50 (tap packs, electric showers, packs of plumbing fittings)total weight Up to 25kg=£14.50 (smaller radiators, shower valves, single basins)
total weight Up to 50kg=£20.00 (boilers, larger radiators, larger baths or shower doors)
total weight Up to 70kg=£25.00 (basins+pedestals or complete toilets)
Larger, fragile or more awkward goods will be sent on a pallet, with a minimum set price of £29.00 and a maximum set price of £78 per pallet depending on your post code.
(Groups of items such as Heat Packs or Bathroom Suites or Packs will be sent on one pallet where possible, and you will only pay 1 charge.)

total weight Up to 150kg=£29.00 (a full bathroom suite or a full heating pack)
total weight Over 150kg=£58.00 (a full bathroom suite or a full heating pack)
Please note that additional charges apply for deliveries to Wales, Northern Ireland & Scotland (including the highlands). Please call for delivery charges before placing your order.
Shortages & Damage in Transit
We can not consider any claims for damage after 7 days of delivery of a delivered item(s).
Please ensure all items are checked in full by your self. Any shortages or damages will need to be notified to us within 7 days of delivery either by contacting customer support by telephone or email. If Ryans Direct Ltd is not notified regarding shortage or damage within 7 working days of delivery, we are unable to claim from either Transport Company or the manufacturer.
By accepting to purchase from Ryans Direct Ltd, you agree to indemnify us in full for any losses Ryans Direct Ltd suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 7 days of delivery.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are available to sign for your goods that you have ordered. Ryans Direct Ltd web sales customer support will email or call you once we have dispatched your item.
Ryans Direct Ltd strongly advises you not to book any contractors until full receipt of all your items, if goods are out of stock, one of our customer support personnel will contact you with a expected delivery date. Please report any damage or shortages within 7 days.
Collections: If you have selected a collection during checkout, please ensure that you have pre-arranged a collection with us. This is to enable us to get your ordered items picked from our warehouse for stock items, and for non-stock items, to get these ordered with the relevant supplier.
